Band Credit Point (BCP) Balances The BCP program is a cornerstone of the Purple Regiment's fundraising efforts. It enables students to raise money for activities, merchandise and trips that might otherwise not have been a possibility. You will hear about fundraising opportunities at each Band Booster meeting and you can look at the main events we work on the website (click here). Please read the message below from Tim Baldwin who is heading up the BCP program in the 2008-2009 season for details on how the balances will be provided to students and parents. For the latest balance in your account, open the following file and look up your PIN or Bag Number. BCP BALANCE REPORT - (10/31/2009) BCP BALANCE REPORT - (11/30/2009) |

Hello Boosters: The Band Credit Points (BCP) program is a cornerstone of the Purple Regiment's fundraising efforts. It enables students to raise money for activities, merchandise and trips that might otherwise not have been a possibility. Each band student has a BCP account established in their name. A Band Credit Point (BCP) is the equivalent to one dollar. (i.e. $55 = 55 BCPs). As the student (or even their parents or family) participates in the various fundraisers, points are earned and recorded in the BCP Account. These points can later be used by the band student to offset the costs associated with being a member of the band. At the end of the school year, any remaining points in the account are rolled over into the next school year. To identify student BCP accounts, we use a 4-digit PIN numbers. If you are new to the band program, I have assigned your student a PIN. To find out the PIN, send me an email with the student’s name and grade. If you would like to change the PIN, send an email with the new 4-digit code. This PIN will stay with the student throughout the band/guard student's career in the band program unless you decide to change it. I will update the BCP list at least monthly (right before the monthly booster club meetings). If you have a question about your student's BCP balance, please contact me at the email address listed above. Keep in mind that I may not have all the information at the time I post the balances. My job is to record what I am given. If you think that there is a mistake, you may be directed to talk to the person who was in charge of a particular activity (i.e. Knights, Panthers, fruit sales etc.). Thank you . . . . Tim Baldwin

Purple
Wear . . . .
You know you want to get a
jump on being with the "IN"
crowd by having your purple
shirt(s). You can always
"spot" a band supporter
because of their purple wear
and the students love us for
it!
Thanks, |
