Olde English is a
major fundraiser for the band programs
at Northwestern High School and Rock
Hill School and the success of this
event is not possible without the
support of all our band parents and band
students. This year Olde English will be
held on October 8 at District Three
Stadium and there are a number of
volunteer opportunities for parents and
students and we need your help. Please
review the description of the various
committees (listed
below) and go to the CHARMS
system or email
tim.guilliams@kw.com
with your choice of an area that works
best for you.
The Purple
Regiment will be performing in
exhibition sometime between 4:00 and
5:00 and each student will be expected
to sign up for a position during the day
and the students will be required to
assist in stadium cleanup at the end of
the event. The Rock Hill students and
boosters will be covering our assigned
positions during our performance times
and we will do the same for them when
they perform later in the evening.
If you are able to
volunteer for the entire day we could
sure use you, but if you have certain
times you can volunteer please contact
us as we need each and every person to
help. If you have any questions please
don’t hesitate to give us a call and
more detailed information will be
discussed at our band booster meeting on
September 12th so we hope all of you can
attend. As always thanks for your
